From dry goods, ready prepared meal packs with herbs from our gardens to an extensive range of condiments, flavourings, stocks and more, we carefully source and stock only the best locally made, high-end quality products that our customers love.

We also offer a ‘cut and package’ service where we dress your livestock.

Annie's Angus  Chapmans Butchery is proud to be the only retail stockist of this amazing local meat. Annie's Angus breed and grow Angus cattle on a 220 acre property near the coast in South Gippsland. The family have been farming this land since the late 1800's. The animals are free range, healthy and happy. The meat is dry-aged for 2 weeks.  Annie's Angus recently scored an MSA (Meat Standards Australia) index of 62.37, where anything over 58 is considered exceptional eating quality. All the pampering is obviously working!! 

Koony Natural Lamb is premium grass fed lamb that is guaranteed to be tender & tasty produced on our farm at Koonwarra from Wiltipoll & Wilti/Dorper Cross sheep. Koony Natural Lamb farm sustainably using Natural Organic Fertilisers as part of a Biological Farming System & our Self Shedding Sheep do not require Chemical Jetting for Fly Strike or Lice.
Approx. 1/3 of this Farm is covered in high quality native Bushland. They have planted 12,000 indigenous Plants over a 15 year period and 2009  won the W.G.C.M.A. Bushcare award for their efforts.

People ask - Why is this Lamb so Tender? Because Koony's use low stress stock handling techniques for the Sheep and they are not trucked long distances to Market & Our Lamb is "Dry Aged" for at least 5-7 days.
